Patient Representative

We are pediatric office located in Winnetka, IL. seeking a dedicated and reliable Patient Representative to work 32-36 hours per week. Saturdays are mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Patient scheduling and registration
• Medical insurance processing and verification
• Maintaining electronic health records/Patient Portal Signup
• Collecting Patient Co-Pays, credit card information and outstanding balances
• MyChart Patient Portal
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting/front desk preferred but no required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills and accurate data entry
• Epic electronic medical record experience is a plus
• Quick Learner
