Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and a positive experience for our patients. Responsibilities: Answer phones with a friendly and professional demeanor, process orders, verify patient's insurance/prior authorizations, pursue medical documentation, coordinate medical equipment delivery and collect necessary co-payments. Assist with patient follow up, billing and other administrative support tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents. Requirements: Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, knowledge of medical terminology is a plus. Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
