- Manage and triage tickets within ZenDesk to ensure every concern is addressed with care and efficiency.
- Be the crucial link between patients, pharmacies and provider networks to ensure seamless communication and diligent follow-ups on prescription status.
- Guide users through our services with clarity and enthusiasm, from payment inquiries to technical troubleshooting.
- Channel user feedback into our continuous evolution, shaping the WellSync experience to be ever more responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly.
- Proven experience in customer support or related roles where your empathy and efficiency left a lasting positive impact.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in customer service software, preferably ZenDesk.
- The ability to juggle tasks with grace and purpose, thriving in the energetic pace of a fast-evolving environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience with the healthcare tech or pharmaceutical space preferred.
