Specialists will be responsible for tracking assigned accounts with outstanding debts and plan a course of action to recover patient balances. Position will require telephone etiquette and ability to negotiate and give patients or guarantors options to pay their outstanding debts with courtesy and respect.
Applicant must have ability for the following:
- Ability to locate and contact patients to negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
- Ability to navigate complaints and questions from patients.
- Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Update account statuses and database daily
- Comply will all HIPAA and FDCPA guidelines
- Have a good work ethic and reliable transportation.
- BILINGUAL IS A PLUS

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
