Essential Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome patients as they enter the office
· Answer incoming calls
· Take detailed messages for nursing staff and physicians
· Enter charges into Practice Management System
· Assist with routing incoming faxes
· Schedule appointments in physician schedules
· Schedule patients for testing
· Appointment reminder calls
· Collect/Post Monies
Requirements:
· Previous work in medical office helpful
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize
· Knowledge of Internet software, Word Processing software and experience with Electronic Medical Records
· Flexibility
