Patient Coordinator/Receptionist

Our Bayshore dental office is seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator.

We’re searching for a Patient Coordinator who wants to join a truly patient-centric dental group. In this highly collaborative role, you will have the opportunity to build productive and smart schedules to benefit the practice and patients, learn various insurance plans in order to explain patient breakdown of benefits, understand treatment plans, assist patients with financial agreements, supporting front desk duties, much like a dental receptionist, and so much more. You will be able to gain the skills and knowledge on all things dentistry by teaming with your Office Manager! Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Rotating weekends

Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

Suffer, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

Fluent English

Work Location: In person
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient privacy
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work well under pressure
