Patient Coordinator/Front Desk

We are a private PPO/Fee-for-Service specialty office located in Boca Raton.

Currently, we are searching for a part-time/full-time receptionist to join our team, preferably with prior dental experience. Please do not apply if you have NO DENTAL EXPERIENCE. We welcome dental assistants who are interested in transitioning from assisting to the front desk.

Our goal is to find a patient coordinator who has

• The ideal candidate should have excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

The Patient coordinator is the first point of contact for all patients, and we need someone who can ensure that patients receive the best possible service.

Duties include

• insurance verification,
• maintaining a productive schedule,
• confirmations, and follow-up calls.
• The receptionist will also be responsible for confidently answering phones and scheduling patients
• Provide administrative support to the dental team.

The work hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 9 am to 5:30 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
