provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person. Complete patient check-in/out tasks and other administrative tasks as assigned. Greeting visitors, handling incoming calls and performing insurance verifications. Will also assist other staff with overflow work, as needed. Requirements:
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a physician medical office • High school diploma or equivalent required • Must have previous customer service experience
