Patient Care Liaison - Medical Sales - Remote

Freedom Health Partners is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Patient Care Liaisons (PCLs). As a PCL, you will play a vital role in responding to potential patients who are interested in our treatments and ensuring a seamless journey from inquiry to clinic scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with warm leads and engage in meaningful conversations to determine their suitability for our treatments
• Conduct basic medical questioning to assess the patient's needs and provide initial guidance
• Verify insurance coverage and ensure compatibility with our treatments
• Schedule qualified patients for clinic visits and assist them in preparing for their appointments
• Meet daily and weekly targets & showcasing your dedication and drive
• Continuously improve your sales skills and stay up-to-date with our treatments and processes
• Collaborate effectively within a fun and dynamic team environment

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience and understanding of sales statistics, training, and sales management is a huge plus
• Passionate about helping people alleviate pain and improve their well-being
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with potential patients
• Self-motivated go-getter with the ability to work remotely and independently
• Comfortable with making a high volume of calls daily
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
