SalaryWe are seeking a Front Office Administrator to become a part of our team! We are looking for someone EXPERIENCED.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls
- Assisting with patient intake forms
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Taking a basic H&P from patients
- Communicate with insurance companies to obtain authorizations
- Making sure patients are cleared for Surgery
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required
