We're seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Full Time) for our Blue Bell, PA location. This is an in-person position.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will provide front desk support to our psychiatrists to allow them to devote their time to care for our patients. In this role, a successful candidate will manage schedules to ensure adequate access to our patients, manage front desk activities including checking in patients, collecting co-pays and deductibles and outstanding patient balances, scheduling follow-up psychiatry appointments, answering phones, responding to voice mail messages, returning patient calls with instructions from the psychiatrist, scanning forms into our EMR (Valant), obtaining prior authorizations for medications, and other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Compensation: $16.00 – 19.00 per hour

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• College preferred, but not required
• Minimum 2 years in a medical setting

• Heavy phone work – Receptionist/call center environment
• Insurance verification – explaining to clients what benefits they have and using various platforms to confirm information electronically
• Experience with EMR, portals, and medical records
• Great Communication– Team environment
• Ability to work independently
• Assisting with Admin support of a Physician/Prescriber
• In-person work schedule

JSTS operates out of 3 Pennsylvania locations: Ambler, Blue Bell, and North Wales - in conjunction with delivering services via Telehealth.
