● 1+ year experience working an administrative position in a clinic (preferred)
Job Duties + Responsibilities:
● Strong verbal communication skills to communicate with patients, physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, attorneys, and other 3rd party vendors
● People skills to connect emotionally with patients and healthcare personnel
● Assist staff with maintaining cleanliness and clinic hygiene
● Schedule patient evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatment visits
● Maintain a well-documented Plan of Care for each patient
● Respect patient’s rights by maintaining their confidentiality and following all laws and rules according to HIPAA compliance
● Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
