New Patient Coordinator/Front Desk

Fanikos Salib is a well-established and patient focused dental practice dedicated to providing high quality dental care in a friendly and welcoming enviroment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in our Woburn office to be the friendly face of our front desk.

Responsibilities: As a New Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring all new and excisting patients receive exceptional care and service from the moment they walk in the door. Your responsiblilties will include:

• Greeting patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book.
• Verifying insurance information
• Handling patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
• Maintaining patient records to ensure accuracy and making sure we have up to date xrays and forms.
• Following up with patients for appointment reminders and feedback.
• Ensuring the front desk area is organized and well maintained.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following.

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced enviroment.
• Knowlege of Eaglesoft a plus
• Prior experience in a dental office is preferred.
