Patient Care Coordinator

Motion Works Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly, organized and resourceful Patient Care Coordinator to assist our staff in providing exceptional customer service to our patients. We are a growing physical therapy private practice in Walpole. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking experience in healthcare while working in a supportive and positive environment.

Responsibilities for this role include:

· Greeting patients

· Handing new patient intakes

· Scheduling patient appointments

· Answering patient phone calls, emails and questions

· Checking insurance benefits and eligibility

· Discussing cost of service, insurance coverage and payment options with the patient

· Collecting copays/co-insurance and deductible balances

· Managing patient referrals and visit limits

· Scanning and shredding documents

· Ordering office supplies

· Data Entry

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
