Job Description
Seeking full-time Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) for a Plastic Surgery& Aesthetic practice in Houston, TX. This position serves as the liaison between our Providers and patients and is the main point of contact for cosmetic inquiries. This individual must have a dynamic and outgoing personality, professional appearance, customer service acumen, and possess a strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
Compensation: salary + bonus commission
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and online inquiries from prospective cosmetic surgery patients within a timely manner.
- Provide comprehensive knowledge of all surgical and non-surgical services provided at the Practice and educate patients regarding their desired procedures to determine realistic goals prior to scheduling a consultation with the appropriate provider.
- Cross promote services/treatments to hit goals based on a variety of metrics set by the Practice.
- Meet with prospective patients during the initial consultation and serve as the patient advocate to discuss their interested surgical procedures, general desired time frame, and answer any questions or concerns.
- Enter and maintain accurate patient data with detailed notes in EMR software.
- Prepare and present surgical packets, including the price quote, information about the procedure and various payment methods.
- Assist the patient with financing options, if needed.
- Schedule cosmetic surgical cases and work with the point of contact at the surgery center/hospital/recovery suites to coordinate Patient Care.
- Generate follow-up calls and/or emails to prospective cosmetic & aesthetic patients.
- Optimize customer service and maintain relationships with all current and prospective patients, while demonstrating ethical sales practices.
- Hold a high level of professionalism at all times while interacting with patients, families of patients, visitors, and staff members.
- Maintain a positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional attire at all times.
- Practice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and follow all Company protocols, policies, and procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with the medical team to ensure high quality Patient Care and overall experience.

Skills & Experience:
- Education: High School diploma, required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of sales/retail experience in a medical or luxury retail environment, required; experience working in a Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery office, highly preferred.
- Experienced negotiator and strong closer in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding goals and profit targets.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) and strong work ethic.
