The Patient Care Coordinator will work with physician offices, patients, and other customers to schedule patient appointments in a timely and accurate manner. They will provide product education and address a wide variety of questions while delivering a white-glove customer experience during and after the scheduling process.
- Act as a key point of contact between Lucid Diagnostics and both its customer base and patients. • Work in a fast-paced environment responding to inbound and outbound activities using multiple modes of communication.
- Resolve routine customer and patient scheduling requests and answering questions in a timely manner. • Represent the department and the organization in a professional manner, in accordance with established company/department standards. • Speak with customers and patients in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner and in accordance with established departmental procedures.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, and input patient information into company systems.
- Organize workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
- Manage department schedules by maintaining calendars for department personnel, events, Lucid Testing Centers (LTCs), and satellite Lucid Testing Centers (sLTCs).
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Work within multiple databases to research and resolve complex issues and questions. • Respond promptly to the client’s needs or direct them to the appropriate party. • Document all calls in a complete and thorough manner in accordance with established department standards. • Master a set of standard or commonly asked questions and the structured company-approved responses as they relate to the Lucid Diagnostics products; ability to ask for assistance, as needed.
- Adhere to all compliance and HIPAA standards.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree highly desired
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare scheduling position is preferred.
- Prior healthcare industry experience is desirable
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
- Excellent multitasking skills required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Laboratory Information Systems preferred
- Must be flexible with tasks and schedules and have ability to pivot and adapt to change
- Adept with technology applications and services required
- Must be a detail-oriented, organized self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks within a given workload
- All employees are required to have completed an FDA-authorized or approved one or two-dose COVID-19 vaccination course, and any subsequent booster doses at the suggested intervals.
