GENERAL SUMMARY:
In addition to all of the responsibilities of the Senior Psychometrist, coordinates and implements division-wide training in test administration and scoring of all neuropsychological tests to meet division criteria, implements division standards in ongoing quality control, and maintains equipment inventory. Provides supervision to designated individuals, including performance reviews. Under the supervision of a licensed psychologist, administers and scores neuropsychological test protocols to patients and also performs neuropsychological evaluations including interviewing and report writing.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Master's Degree in Psychology from an accredited university. Minimum of a 500-hour clinical practicum supervised by a licensed psychologist. Demonstration of continuing education in the field of Neuropsychology. Three (3) years of supervised experience in neuropsychological test administration. Experience in the training of Neuropsychometrics and test administration preferred. Leadership experience preferred. Analytical ability needed to administer and score psychological/ neuropsychological tests. Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and statistical software; statistics class. Familiarity with research protocols.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board for one of the following: - Limited Licensed Psychologist (Master's or PhD), OR - Licensed Psychologist.
