Patient Care Coordinator

Santa Cruz Dentist is hiring a full-time Patient Care Coordinator. We have a well-established office with a great team and patients!

Some of your daily responsibilities will be:

• Treatment planning and financial discussions with patients
• Schedule & confirm appointments
• Update patient personal insurance information
• Enter payments & personal insurance onto patient accounts
• Prepare daily deposits
• Run A/R reports and insurance

Job Qualifications:

• 1+ years of dental experience
• Computer skills and comfort with technology
• Experience with Dentrix (Dentrix Ascend) preferred
• Personable and professional communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office

Our opportunity offers:

• $21 to $25 per hour
• 8am -5pm Monday - Thursdays with 1hr lunch
