Starting Compensation Range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Responsibilities of a Patient Account Rep:
- Enter patient demographics, insurance information etc
- Utilize web portals and/or call for insurance benefit verification
- Daily communication with co-workers for patient insurance benefit
- Calculate a patient’s deductible and/or coinsurance
- Scan documents
- Maintain/Update Google calendars and spreadsheets
- Follow up on pending insurance authorizations, outstanding documentation
Qualifications of a Patient Account Rep:
- Understand how to verify and interpret insurance benefits and eligibility
- Ability to effectively communicate via chat and email.
- Able to complete accurate data entry consistently
- Work Experience in the Medical field preferred
- Great Verbal Communication & Customer Relations skills
This is not a Remote Position

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
