ASSURE ROUTINE OFFICE PROCEDURES ARE COMPLETED TIMELY AND ACCURATELY

DEMONSTRATES ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH PATIENT TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THEIR CONDITION AND AGE

Ability to handle job related stress and interact effectively with others in the workplace

Self-motivated and able to work with management and understand direction

Able to work with computer and telephone equipment

Communication and public relation skills should be excellent

Should be able to type

Patient Access Representative Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Customer service related, computer experience
