Pastry Sous Chef

The Pastry Sous Chef reports directly to the Pastry Chef and Executive Chef of the restaurant. They will be responsible for overall pastry quality. Working closely with their Pastry Chef, with high standards and efficiency in mind, to produce Michelin quality menu items. They will help with ordering, plating, producing of pastry products.

1. Must have valid Food Handler Card
2. Must have at least 2 years experience in pastry
3. Must be at least 18 years of age
4. At least 2 prior years’ experience in an equivalent style restaurant
5. High attention to detail
6. Must be available Tuesday-Saturday, full-time with full availability
7. Ability to always be positive, attentive, and hospitable
8. A willingness to learn and grow
9. Valid California Food Handler Card
10. Must be at least 18 years of age
11. Reliable transportation to work
