The Pastry Sous Chef is a hands on managment position running the pastry side of the kitchen along with the pastry chef and executive chef, working the cold side of the kitchen, primarily running the production of and service side of the menu. We are a one team on dream kitchen where we are on display producing inspired cuisine. Passion, dedication, refinement and positve attitude are the requirements, wanting to be part of the team for the long haul as we are expanding services and a new concept. Michelin stlye fine dining experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional kitchen experience, be able to handle a high volume/fine dining environment and should have a commanding knowledge of food,service, and working in a professional kitchen environment.
