Pastry Decorator's responsibilities include:
- cut and decorate all pastries for the case
- prep pasty product for future production
- enrobing cakes/pastry with fondant, using reversible sheeter
- peel, trim and cut fruit for pastry garnish
Schedule requirements: time: Part-time 6-2:30 p.m. depending on shop needs, 3 days/week, Sundays always off. Flexibility to increase hours during the holidays will make you a stronger candidate for this position. Estimated tips included in pay range.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
