SALARY RANGE: $19.00- $22.00 per hour. This role reports to the Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef and is responsible for the production of baked goods and pastry preparation for banquets and all F&B Outlets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Must adhere to the company’s Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life.
- Actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for the Silverado Resort.
- Participates in production and quality of baked goods such as breakfast pastries, breads, cakes, cold desserts and other various pastries to meet hotels’ standards.
- Must be able to follow the recipes and measure the ingredients correctly.
- Operates all commercial kitchen equipment and bake shop equipment correctly and in a safe manner.
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness and sanitation at workstation and other work areas.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
