Pastry Chef

The former Columbia Firehouse space is being converted and re-opened as an exciting, high volume, fast paced French brasserie and bar with a menu that combines both classic French items and fun daily specials. Our service style is casual fine with French classic service finishes, though we're nowhere near pretentious and are dedicated to making everyone (guests and team) comfortable no matter what they're looking for.

The candidate should be a skilled, career-minded individual in search of a rewarding and unique kitchen position. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about pastry and possess a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate should be looking for a long-term position to grow and develop with the restaurant.

Responsibilities include:
-Executing specific stations to the requirements of the chef.
-Maintaining health department, food quality, and restaurant standards at all times
-Excelling and pushing to achieve excellence

Requirements include:
-Baking and Pastry degree or relevant restaurant experience
-Able to handle a fast-paced environment and manage pressure well
-Responsible, respectful and team player
