- Plan production and develop seasonal offerings.
- Lead the team and keep staff organized and motivated.
- Possess well-developed artistic talents that include a skilled sense of composition, balance, and design.
- Possess highly developed cake decorating skills.
- Possess the ability to create designs with or without reference materials.

- Be professional, reliable, organized, and efficient, with excellent time management skills.
- Be able to handle high pressure and volume, and work quickly.
- Possess knowledge of classic European desserts.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of Pastry Chef experience in high volume food production.
- Be able to work weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays, as needed.
