PAS Coordinator

Salary: Up to $18.00/Hour

We are seeking motivated individuals to coordinate patient/client services for the in-home provider care program (also known as PAS or PHC services) at Legacy Home Health Agency, Inc. by providing a channel through which patients/clients or caregivers can seek solutions to problems, concerns and/or unmet needs.

 

Responsibilities will include:

• Answering high volume incoming calls regarding patient/client services.
• Processing patient information in agency database.
• Supervising attendant schedules for patient services.
• Assisting with finding attendants and/or service coverage for patients.
• Communicating with state caseworkers and insurances to coordinate services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Job Qualifications: 

• Customer service experience required.
• Work experience in PAS/PHC Coordination or in a healthcare related field.
• Bilingual.
