The Center for Oral Surgery in Mansfield is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our awesome team. We are professional, rewarding, modern practice and our goal is to provide excellent communication and care to patient's and staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, providing patient education, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations in the clinic.
Qualifications
•Knowledge of insurance verification is a must
•**Accuracy, Efficiency and Reliability are of utmost importance to this job!***
Responsibilities:
•This person will be the face of our practice from welcoming patients to answering phones to collecting payment
•They will have a solid understanding of how to manage the schedule, file dental insurance claims, understand dental PPO’s and fee schedules, and present treatment plans with confidence
•Team members are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to the huddle to be prepared for the day.
* Experience with Oral Surgery is a plus!
