ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support Service Technicians by researching parts, placing orders for parts needed or pulling parts from inventory to complete jobs.
- Compile and submit estimates per processes that are in place
- Login and handle warranty parts and paperwork
- Communicate with Dispatchers when necessary
- Reconcile and distribute petty cash
- Assist the Inventory Clerks when needed
- Any other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess a valid Texas Driver’s License
- Clean driving record and background check
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications
- Prefer previous knowledge or experience in Sage/MAS
- Work successfully in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.
- Establish and maintain tactful, courteous, and effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the general public.
- Be a self-motivator, be decisive and take the initiative to do what is needed.
- Must be efficient and organized to handle multiple task assigned at the same time.
- Must be able to work overtime, holidays, nights and weekends when needed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School or GED Equivalent
- 1+ years experience in customer service preferred
- Experience in the industry or a similar role preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Office/Warehouse environment
- Open area makes it difficult to hear at times
- Multiple or conflicting demands, time pressures and deadlines.
- Standard 40 hours a week
