Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Service Center Support Representative This position will ensure timely management of the parts process. Tasks include: part ordering/receiving, communication with Tulsa Shared Services, management of inventory for two maintain facilities, vendor management, cost savings, lot organization, and more. This position pays $19.00 / hr and is located at 7040 Airport Blvd. Houston, TX 77061 The schedule for this position is Mon-Fri 7am-4pm Responsibilities We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:Review incoming work ordersGenerate all maintenance related purchase order (PO) requestsProcess all maintenance-related invoices for payment; all maintenance related copying, filing and record keepingMaintain parts inventory within guidelinesNegotiate best pricing and shipping times with vendors, maintaining dataMaintain computer databases of inventoryPull all parts requested for installs and servicesTag all parts for stock and dispatchCheck on delivery statuses and update technicians and managementAnswer telephone calls/return messages promptly and courteouslyMonitor vehicles on lot and in outside repair shops and body shops for timely repair completion and returnConduct damage history research for turn-back vehiclesMaintain daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports and logsData entry of all maintenance related vehicle movementMust be able and willing to undergo moderate physical activity which requires handling of objects up to 50 pounds with long periods of standing and walkingOther duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI). Mechanical experience requiredASE (P2) parts certification is preferredMust have excellent verbal, computer, data entry and typing skillsMust have the ability to accurately input and document parts purchasing in the computer systemMust be able to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust be able to work the following schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
