Southeastern Equipment Company has an AMAZING opportunity for a Parts Associate to work in the parts department. This position requires a TON of work in various software programs and attention to detail!
The Parts Associate will be responsible for assisting with a profitable and successful branch parts department.
This position will be responsible for:
- Completing parts sales transactions for customers in person, via phone and internet
- Parts inventory including stocking and ordering parts from various manufacturers
- Transferring and receiving parts to other branch locations as well as customers.
- Assisting customers with minor research/troubleshooting to locate proper parts
- Answering phones, data entry, and assisting the branch manager with other tasks.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience in retail or customer service
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer proficiency and the ability to work with multiple computer programs
- Professional etiquette required
