I. Job Summary/Scope - Summarize the purpose of this job and its contribution to the department or the

Coordinates and stocks all replacement parts and spares for equipment and facility at the Argo plant through interfacing with
a computerized maintenance management system.
II. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities.

at regular intervals. Describe each of these responsibilities in detail in order of importance. Each responsibility
may be assigned a percentage of time if appropriate.
1. Assists maintenance personnel with locating, identifying, and checking-out repair parts.
2. Reconciles material movements for parts and enters into SAP.
3. Performs physical counts and cycle counts for inventoried parts.
4. Audits part information in SAP and reports discrepancies to MRO Specialist.
5. Complies with all separational duty requirements.
6. Organizes and maintains all inventory areas.
7. Responsible for reporting any and all food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
8. Shall be responsible for following cGMP's.
9. Back-up handled by MRO Specialist.
10. Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager/Maintenance Supervisor/MRO Specialist.
