Atlas Aircraft Center, Inc., (AAC) the sister company of PlaneSense, Inc., is seeking a Parts Clerk for their dynamic aircraft Parts Department in Boulder City, NV. Shift will be first to start but may move to second.
The AAC Parts Department ensures that parts needed for scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance are either immediately on hand, or can be attained in minimum time as well as providing operational support 24/7 to the entire facility.
The Aircraft Parts Clerk’s main responsibility is operating the Parts counter and issuing parts, tools, and supplies to aircraft mechanics & other personnel. This is done by either entering information manually or scanning into our inventory management system. In addition, inventory reconciliation will be performed by cycle counts.
This position offers growth development within the Parts Department in the areas of shipping, receiving, and purchasing.
Compensation:
- From $18/hour based on experience

Qualifications:
Education/Experience
- 1 year of shipping and receiving experience preferred
Computer Skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel experience (data-entry and spreadsheet navigation)
- Experience operating a computer inventory management system preferred
Other Skills and Abilities
- Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license
- Candidates also need to be able to obtain and maintain a Pease International Tradeport Security Badge.
- Hazmat training is a plus
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Climb stairs/ladders throughout the shift
- Willingness to become certified to drive a forklift
- Have the flexibility to work afternoons and weekends
- We will consider candidates with previous retail experience
Other Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Unloading shipments from delivery trucks
- Processing of incoming receipts
- Stocking and storing parts and other items
- The work environment involves an indoor Parts Room with frequent trips to the aircraft hangar and outdoors for shipping and receiving

Atlas Aircraft Center, Inc. (AAC) is a Pilatus authorized fleet service and support center for the PlaneSense® fractional fleet. As an FAA certified Part 145 repair station, we specialize in Pilatus PC-12 turboprop aircraft and Pilatus PC-24 twin engine jet aircraft support, including turbine aircraft repairs, annual inspections, phase inspections, hourly inspections, modifications, and Service Bulletin compliance, as well as Avionics repairs and sales.
Atlas Aircraft Center is part of the PlaneSense, Inc. headquarters in Portsmouth, NH. Our state-of-the-art, 40,000 square foot hangar is equipped with slab heating, high-tech lighting, and Megadoors. These special fabric doors provide superior insulation capabilities to protect staff from inclement weather while also shielding customers’ aircraft from the elements. The very high ceilings and door openings accommodate all types of aircraft. An additional 44,000 square feet is dedicated to shop space and corporate offices.
Our Nevada maintenance facility is located in Boulder City, NV and features 36,000 square feet of air-conditioned hangar space. This Atlas Aircraft Center facility provides valuable support for the PlaneSense® fleet, mainly serving fractional share clients in the Western part of the U.S.
