Position:
The Parts QA Clerk position verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely off-load materials from vendors and returns from customers.
• Process identified RMA parts in the ERP system, working with the buyer to ensure a replacement is received.
• Process identified damaged parts in the ERP system and ensure proper disposal.
• Process left over job parts (Red Tag) in the ERP system to ensure they are removed from the job and placed back into inventory.
• Help locate missing parts.
• Serve as a backup when the receiving clerk is out, or workload is heavy.
• Receiving parts for outside vendors in the ERP system.
• Check the contents of packages against packing lists and manifests.
• Proper processing of documents, sorting and disbursement of receivables to correct Job Number and Sales Order Number.
• Process receipts in ERP and store product in proper designated location.
• Move all finished product to designated storage location.
• Receive and inspect returned products and communicate issue to appropriate BPA contact.
• Receive, document, and process damaged receipts.
• Communicate with assembly and manufacturing teams with ongoing status of awaiting inbound parts.
• Use computer hardware and software to generate labels and maintain equipment.
• Operate manual and electric pallet jacket and or forklift as needed.
• Performing daily clean up.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
(Knowledge, Skills & Abilities, Education & Experience)

• Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years of manufacturing-related experience in shipping and receiving required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
• Experience in loading trucks.
• Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Experience with computer generated inventory systems.
