Job Description
- MUST HAVE 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE W/HEAVY DUTY TRUCK PARTS MANAGEMENT
- Extensive Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Truck Parts
- Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Inventory Management – Establish stocking levels for all manufacturing lines in inventory.
- Meet with other department managers to evaluate and maintain
- Oversee Outside Parts Salesperson results, lead team towards profitable growth
- Inter-departmental relations.
- Coordinate purchases from vendors
- Oversee and work with Outside Parts Sales to acquire new accounts and provide exceptional customer service to existing customers.
- Sales calls, quotes, and closings
- Develop monthly specials and long-term marketing/advertising plan.
- Supervise all activities of Parts Department employees.
- Supervise/Oversee Shipping & Receiving and Warehouse departments.
- Motivate parts staff to provide a high level of customer service.
- Maintain awareness of current & projected market conditions and develop & implement appropriate strategies and programs to attain the company's parts objectives.
- Attend meetings and functions as assigned.
- Prepare annual budget and marketing plan for the parts department.
- Research vendors and parts supplies to lower overhead and increase profits.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
Compensation
· Paid by-weekly

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years' experience in Automotive/Heavy Duty Truck/Agricultural Parts Sales or Management
