Lead Solution Architect

Purpose
The Lead Solution Architect (SA) is part of a high-performance cross-culture architect team that is focused on driving innovation and improving delivery effectiveness. SA will strategically design, configure, implement, and maintain variety of software and enterprise systems integration across a hybrid environment, with SME on D365 F&O/ERP. This role involves tight collaboration with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, vendors, partners, and customers in defining the technology solutions, infrastructure, decomposing it into components and subsystems, and defining interfaces between subsystems.
Responsibilities

• Provides Dynamics 365 F&O Architecture and Integration leadership & subject matter expertise for critical ERP implementation and Digital Transformation, focusing on complex & innovative products and reusable assets.
• Creates Strategic, innovative and practical designs that account for the end-to-end technical solution of a system.
• Strategize and architect best practices and governance for implementation.
• Creates or improves processes, standards or operational plans that have long-term impact using detailed analysis, reasoning, and interpretation.
• Drive Dynamics 365 F&O implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
• Develop technical solution designs and implementation plans and take full ownership of the Dynamics 365 solution.
• Present tailored demonstrations of the proposed technology solution and architecture.
• Relay of the solution design to the development team and provide technical guidance during development of the solution to the development team.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.

• Key in identifying, defining, and implementing reusable assets and standards across products and portfolios.
• Contributes to the wholistic ecosystem development of architecture governance structures, methodologies and compliance activities, related to D365 F&O, and beyond.
• Recognizes industry technology trends and emerging technologies, understands how they apply to Masonite, and can drive the adoption into our organization.
• Drives an ongoing communication plan to educate stakeholders on the purpose and benefits of Solution Architecture.
• Has knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, state-of-the art programming languages to build scalable, stable, and secure frameworks, platforms, or applications that meet business requirements and integrate with existing software,
• Expert in defining, designing, and developing distributed and scalable products and services.
• Strong collaborator - willingness to share ideas, documentation, and leading practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 8+ years overall IT industry experience
• 7+ years of experience implementing and managing D365 F&O solutions at an enterprise level as senior technical/Solution Architect.
• Experience with the D365 ERP modules: Finance, SCM, Manufacturing
• Preferred to have experience with 3-5 full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O
• Must demonstrate knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies.
• Basic/Intermediate level experience with applications deployment with Power Platform
• Minimum of 4+ years in a solution or technical architect role using service and hosting solutions such as private/public
• Experience collaborating with peer teams and their responsibilities, such as infrastructure, operations, engineering, info-security
• Evaluate, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help design and deploy solutions.
• Experience translating technical information in to easy-to-understand business concepts.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• TOGAF - preferred
• Microsoft D365 F&O certifications - - preferred
