The Job:
Shifts: 1 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm Saturday and Sunday - rotations - 6 days a week, 6 hour days
Call Center Reps make outbound phone calls and respond to caller inquiries regarding appointments or general organizational information as well as some data entry. Reps schedule appointments for our sales reps to demonstrate our product in their home. They will identify requests and qualify the meeting with the client. Rep must have to have the ability to persuade potential clients, handle multiple tasks, and have the ability to deal with tough situations with professional composure at all times.
Basic Duties:
- Answer incoming calls friendly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls on average of 30 calls per hour.
- Manage the schedule and daily appointments.
- Responsible for confirming appointments and sending follow up emails/texts.
- Manage customer database.
- Learn Call Center scripting.
- Provides general Administrative, Sales and Marketing support wherever needed.
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a small business environment.
- Remodeling experience a plus.
- Excellent computer skills including experience in MS Office, Outlook, Internet etc.
- Verifiable references.
- Able to pass a drug and background screening.
- Drive time 30 minutes or less from Wood Dale.
