Are you looking for an opportunity to help lead a growing Client Services team? Our client wants to add a new leader after some internal promotions left the role vacant.
This company is dedicated to providing the best service to their clients and they support their team with two leaders, including the Client Services Manager. The other manager has been a part of the team for many years, as have many of the other employees. As the team is also growing, there are newer members of the team who will need support for their development. As a company, they are heavily focused on process improvement, so we are seeking a candidate who is driven to troubleshoot and improve their processes.

Responsibilities:
- Daily workflow management of the Client Services Team
- Provide support for escalations and some larger account management for certain clients
- Lead in numerous process-improvement projects, including training process, client software improvement/implementation, etc.
- Drive the development of the team and work with another manager to continue the growth of the team
Qualifications:
- A background in leadership of client services teams; ideally in benefits, healthcare, or insurance-related industries
- Process-improvement mentality and background in similar projects
- A team development-focused leader with long-term goals for their team
