Job Description
As a Parts Manager for the United States and Latin America, you have the responsibility for delivering and optimizing the supply of parts throughout the region incorporating USA and Latin America, working with local service management teams and customers to ensure we drive a high level of customer satisfaction in our parts provision.
This role will be heavily customer centric, working closely with the customer care team, service management and sales teams for best-in-class parts supply, whilst being actively supported by the operations parts team. This role will work closely with the Operations Parts Manager to ensure global processes are standardized and optimized.
This role will also provide a critical business area interface to our service "Community of Expertise" which is tasked with driving best practice implementation and knowledge sharing throughout the whole of Tomra Food.
Your background in procurement, logistics, parts management and process optimization will position you for success in this role.
Qualifications
About You:
- Experience in parts and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is essential. Specifically IFS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus.
- Ability to provide mentoring, guidance and leadership to a small team of direct reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in sales and management to drive business growth and positive customer outcomes
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and in a distributed, global team environment
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent organizational skills
