Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by:
GG-06
*Experience processing accounting transactions within the Command Financial Management System or equivalent database.
*Experience processing receipt of incoming financial documents.
*Experience posting contract obligations in an accounting system.
*Experience processing payment of contract invoices in Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) or equivalent financial database.
This position is within the Work Category Technician/Administrative Support at Entry/Developmental Work Level I, Series and Grade GG-0503-06.
GG-07
*Experience using accounting systems, policies, and procedures to examine, verify, and maintain accounting and budget data and reconciling accounts and accounting data to prepare and analyze reports.
*Experience examining invoices, vouchers, and related documents to include travel claims, commercial invoices, Government contract invoices and credit card payment reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
*Experience performing budget analysis and administration such as maintain spending plans, budget formulation, and compiling, consolidating, checking, and arranging funding data.
