Pay: $21 per hour
Part-time (20 hours per week)

Hybrid if you live in Orlando, FL. Possibly remote for highly qualified applicants (applicant must live in the US and legally be eligible to work in the US).

Position Summary:

As a Mid-Level Partner Representative, you'll play a vital role in connecting with donors, presenting giving opportunities, and reporting on the impact of our fundraising efforts. Your work directly fuels our mission of reaching the lost for Christ and providing humanitarian aid.

What You'll Do:

• Create and implement strategies to connect with donors, aligning opportunities with their passions.
• Cultivate relationships through various touchpoints, including mail, phone, email, and social media.
• Challenge donors to greater involvement and participation in our ministry activities.
• Maintain CRM database for all donor activity
• Review donor reports daily, identifying qualified gifts and maintaining accurate records.
• Express gratitude to donors and share impactful stories of their giving.

Experience and Skills:

• Associates’ degree.
• 3 years of experience in non-profit development and/or fundraising.
• Cru experience preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
