This position is a part-time position with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
Typical Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process and manage contributions, including checks, credit cards, EFTs, EBTs, and gift corrections
- Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls (Process Contributions, Missed Gifts, New Partners, etc.)
- Process automated calls via our online platform
- Assist in maintaining procedures
- Assist partners and missionaries with online giving and accounts and troubleshoot any issues.
- Assign and assist in resolving customer service cases
- Manage daily communication, including communicating pertinent financial information with missionaries, partners, and internal departments.
- Collect and separate mail
- Assist in maintaining partner accounts in our donor system
- Assist the Partner Care Manager as needed
- Maintain membership in good standing at an Every Nation church
Minimum Qualifying Education:
- High School Diploma
Minimum Qualifying Experience:
- One year experience in customer service-related job preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Data entry skills
- Computer skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to type 45 wpm and 10-key by touch
- Ability to communicate amiably
- Ability to be well organized, comfortable, and flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment
