Job Description
NuNaturals is looking for an all-star Warehouse Specialist. You might be wondering, “Self, am I this Warehouse Specialist that NuNaturals is looking for?” To answer this question, ask yourself if you’re a person who is dependable, consistent, and isn’t afraid of producing accurate results within tight deadlines. Do you have strong work ethic and know how to hustle? Can you lift 60 lbs. consistently? With one finger? (Just kidding! About the finger part, serious about the weight though). If you answered yes to all of these questions, we want to meet YOU!
The Warehouse Specialist will assist the Operations Team with everything that goes on in and around the warehouse. Most often, you will be prepping Amazon transfer orders. This requires prepping individual products through stickering, bagging, and case packing. Note that this involves repetitive motions. Sometimes you’ll be filling out paperwork and checklists accurately and thoroughly. Sometimes you will need to get your hands dirty, take out the trash, sweep and mop the warehouse floors, and organize things as needed. You have fun and you’re also maintaining proper safety protocols. You take pride in your work, knowing that you are a huge part of the team’s success in helping our customers to live happier, healthier lives.
You address every task with a "One Team" mindset, looking for ways to improve speed, efficiency, and accuracy of warehouse tasks, the Operations Team, and NuNaturals as a whole.
Our current needs are for part-time hours 15-32hrs/week but if you really shine, there is the possibility of transitioning into Full-time.
Stuff that kind of goes without saying, but we'll put it down here anyway:
- Must have reliable transportation and show up on time, ready to work.
- Must be team-oriented, self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and be a pleasure to work with.
We have awesome benefits like health-care reimbursements, paid time off, a retirement plan, and tons of free delicious products.
