Position: Warehouse Specialist (Shipping/Receiving)

Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6:30pm

With our robust growth trajectory extending from the fourth quarter of 2023 into 2024 and beyond, we're thrilled to offer an immediate opportunity for a Shipping/Receiving Specialist to bolster our Warehouse Team. This role presents a dynamic blend of responsibilities across all warehouse functions within a dynamic, deadline-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly inspect material upon receipt, cross-referencing against vendor invoices and orders.
• Prepare incoming material for seamless integration into inventory.
• Verify both quantity and condition of received material, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain meticulous inventory records, swiftly addressing any inconsistencies.
• Facilitate the delivery of materials to designated work centers.
• Conduct thorough checks to ensure accuracy of identifying information (counts, weights) against relevant records.
• Safely transport finished goods to customer sites via delivery truck.
• Utilize tier-lift trucks or hand trucks to efficiently move shipments from shipping-and-receiving platforms to designated storage or work areas.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.

Education/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and experience with an ERP/MPR computer system.
• Strong attention to detail, coupled with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude for problem identification, evaluation, and solution recommendation.
