We are currently seeking an experienced Part time to Full timeFront Desk Agent to join our team. We are in the middle of a slow season and will have anywhere from 24-32 hours available weekly until the role becomes Full time. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience working in a fast-paced environment and an attention to detail with the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Answer and direct inbound customer service requests.
- Answer and direct questions or concerns of existing or potential customers.
- Provide information to customers regarding products and services.
- Direct callers to appropriate staff or departments.
- Resolve customer issues concerning products or services.
- Manage a call center queue by prioritizing calls, keeping accurate records of service requests, and monitoring call time.
