Part-Time Teacher Assistant

Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote early childhood development.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance to create a positive and safe learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members.

Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting preferred
- Familiarity with curriculum development for early childhood education.
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with young children.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a classroom setting.
