We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our team. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children. ### Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide support and guidance to children during classroom activities
- Assist with behavior management and promote positive social interactions among children
- Help create a safe and clean classroom environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement individualized educational plans for students with special needs
- Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and monitoring dietary restrictions
- Supervise children during outdoor playtime and ensure their safety at all times
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress
### Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Basic math skills for assisting with educational activities
- Experience working with toddlers is a plus
- Knowledge of special education practices is an advantage
