Job Summary:
Lynmar Estate, an independent, family-owned producer of ultra-premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, is looking for a well-rounded, highly motivated Tasting Room Associate to join our DTC team on a Part Time basis. This exciting role is tasked with selling Lynmar wines and converting guests to advocates by providing an exceptional guest experience. A successful candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. We are looking for a polished, articulate person with a successful track record of luxury wine sales and wine club conversion in a Tasting Room setting.
The Specifics of the Job:
- Provide best-in-class experiences for our guests while conveying the story of Lynmar Estate
- Meet and exceed individual sales and membership acquisition goals
- Participate in Tasting Room trainings and engage in continuous opportunities for improvement of wine knowledge, food knowledge, sales and service skills
- Ensure all wine club applications and sales orders are accurately input into the POS
- Assist with special events and wine club events
- Support team with restocking wine, packing of wine orders, opening and closing duties
- Support wine club with service and sales to Advocates Club Members that visit the Estate, and collaborate with wine club department to achieve success during wine club release period

Applicants must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings, be over 21 years old, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and stand continuously for duration of shift, as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
