A Support Associate is in charge of maintaining Booker/MFN standards of organization, tidiness and cleanliness in customer facing operations and back of house operations.

The salary range for this role is:
$13.29 - $19.12
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Position Summary
A Support Associate is in charge of maintaining Booker/MFN standards of organization, tidiness and cleanliness in customer facing operations and back of house operations.
Responsibilities
- Answering and managing Tasting Room calls
- Assisting guests in creating and managing reservations
- Managing current and future reservations
- Greeting and seating guests
- Providing water service
- Stocking wine/non wine inventory
- Communication with servers/bussers
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of facilities
- Clearing tables and resetting tables for service
- Polishing glasses
- Assisting with onsite events as needed
- In-depth knowledge of experiences, club, and current information of BKR/MFN
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to work in a team
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be friendly and approachable

- Strong organization and problem-solving abilities
- Capabilities to be flexible and manage constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Commitment to high standards, detail oriented, coachable and highly motivated

- Must be able to lift 50lbs or a case of wine
