POSITION OVERVIEW:
Top-producing Real Estate Team in Sherman Oaks is on the hunt for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager!
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the capturing, and crafting of captivating video content that showcases our charismatic agents, properties, and vibrant local community.
If you have a deep understanding of Social Media and YouTube and know how to create content that works, this is a position for you! Here, you won't just be an employee; you'll be a vital part of a well-oiled machine that's all about innovation, growth, and success.
Compensation:$18 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:- MUST SEND SOCIAL MEDIA LINK OF PROOF TO APPLY
- Must be able to be current on Social Media trends & videos
- Must be able to shoot the content
- Collaborate with the lead agent & marketing team to plan and film video content for our property listings, agents on the move, neighborhood highlights, and more
- Research other Realtor’s Social Media pages and YouTube pages for inspo
- Follow agent(s) on location to capture relevant footage, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and audio quality
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide content (the marketing team will edit)
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for video content that resonates with the target audience
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging video technologies to continuously improve video quality and techniques
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content is effectively integrated into the agency's Social Media platforms, website, and other marketing channels
- Must have (and provide) proven experience in Social Media, YouTube, videography, and content creation
- Must be an expert in Social media. A Pro with video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices
- A creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas to enhance video content
- Strong Social Media skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have proven experience growing or helping others grow their Social Media and YouTube accounts
